The thirteenth window from the West Tower belongs to Professor Flitwick, Head of Ravenclaw House, and Professor of Charms at Hogwarts. Although the stature of the man who uses this room is small everything seems to be quite large. The walls are lined with bookshelves that are stacked with books on all sorts of different charms. There are a lot of step stools and piles of books used for ladders in this room. In front of Professor Flitwick's desk are two chairs where those coming to see him can sit and behind the desk is a large window and a normal sized chair with a stack of cushions on it so Professor Flitwick can see over his desk.
