The walls, ceilings, and floors of this room are decorated with different ancient symbols that students who are taking the class for the first time must dechiper. Their translations are the rules of the classroom. The Ancient Runes professor's desk is at the head of the class which is closest to the door on the right hand side of the room. There are different charts and diagrams also on the walls illustrating all the different runes. The desks are set in small groups and each group of desks has a different name for one of the runes. The names change weekly, but during the week before the name is changed it is up to the group to research their rune or runes and base their assignments around that rune, on top of the other assignments that they receive. The door at the back of the classroom leads to the Ancient Runes professor's office.
