	The Dry Rose The sign for The Dry Rose is nothing more than an erroded piece of rusty metal and wood with a faded brown rose painted on it. It is a rickety looking building and usually plays host to some of the most foulest of wizards, witches, and other creatures. Rooms can be rented here but they are small, cramped, and filthy. The bar downstairs isn't much better and it only serves the strangest of foods and the hardest of liquors.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	Twillfit and Tattings Twillfit and Tattings is a very pricey and upscale robes shop in Knockturn Alley. In fact, it is the only place with a sense of cleanliness and class in the entire area. The shop is run by a snooty looking wizard who only accepts pureblood business and there is a sign in the sparkling windows that says No Mud Bloods allowed: Any who try entering will be removed forcefully under the pain of Crucio. Thank you and have a pleasant day. The robes here are of exquisite quality and are extremely expensive. Neat racks and displays of all the different designs, patterns, and fabrics are organized neatly, unlike Madam Malkin's shop who has a bit of disorder to her shop. While a person waits for their robes to be finished they can enjoy a nice pastry or glass of whatever beverage they would like.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	Deadly Decorations This shop is an oddity among some of the other shops in Knockturn Alley, or at least it would seem that way to the passerby. It would seem that the shop sold regular, every day candles. Well those passerbys would be wrong, the candles in this shop that come in all colors, shapes, patterns, and sizes are separated and distinguished by how lethal they are. Within each candle there is a fatal amount of poison that is released when the candles are burned and the smell of them alone is enough to make someone very ill. The candles are usually bought by unpleasant looking people and given to their enemies disguised as gifts.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	Borgin and Burkes The inside of this seedy shop doesn't look much better than the decrepit looking outside. All the foul looking items in this shop are hard to find dark magic items from peoples' private collections obtained by the owners, Mr. Borgin and Mr. Burke, two oily and disgusting wizards who represent the very scum of the pureblood world. This shop holds all sorts of cursed items including necklaces, shriveled hands, mummies, iron maidens, some of the worlds most deadliest poisons and a certain vanishing cabinet. There are of course many other items and it is best to be rather stern and serious with either one of the owners because they like to try to rip people off.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.

Board Information & Statistics

Knockturn Alley

The entrance to Knockturn Alley can be found in Diagon Alley, it's a bit before Gringotts Wizard Bank. Upon passing through the entrance making your way down the stairs the atmosphere and mood around you changes instantly. Dark witches and wizards with a seedy, unpleasant feel to them are always lurking about selling disgusting things on trays and carts. The most prominent shop here is of course Borgin and Burkes, run by the namesakes themselves and it includes a wide selection of rather sinister looking objects including shrunken heads and live giant black spiders. There are other shops located along the dark and dirty cobblestone street of Knockturn Alley. They include a pub, by the name of The Dry Rose, an upscale restaurant for those well to do pure blood families that would not be caught dead dining at The Leaky Cauldron by the name of The Four Winds, Twillfit and Tattings is also located here, and a fair selection of other upscale shops. Of course, Knockturn Alley is not really a place to go skulking about, it's a dodgy place and if one were to be seen there people would think you were up to no good.
