London
[ ]Diagon Alley (13 sub-boards)
Located in London, Diagon Alley can be reached in many ways but the most common way it to go through The Leaky Cauldron, run by the toothless barman Tom. Upon passing through The Leaky Cauldron and proceeding out the back door if you tap the bricks in the right order with your wand the entrance to Diagon Alley will open. Located within Diagon Alley are many shops and of course Gringotts Wizard Bank where you can take out your money and buy your school supplies or whatever else you might need.

[ ]Knockturn Alley (4 sub-boards)
The entrance to Knockturn Alley can be found in Diagon Alley, it's a bit before Gringotts Wizard Bank. Upon passing through the entrance making your way down the stairs the atmosphere and mood around you changes instantly. Dark witches and wizards with a seedy, unpleasant feel to them are always lurking about selling disgusting things on trays and carts. The most prominent shop here is of course Borgin and Burkes, run by the namesakes themselves and it includes a wide selection of rather sinister looking objects including shrunken heads and live giant black spiders. There are other shops located along the dark and dirty cobblestone street of Knockturn Alley. They include a pub, by the name of The Dry Rose, an upscale restaurant for those well to do pure blood families that would not be caught dead dining at The Leaky Cauldron by the name of The Four Winds, Twillfit and Tattings is also located here, and a fair selection of other upscale shops. Of course, Knockturn Alley is not really a place to go skulking about, it's a dodgy place and if one were to be seen there people would think you were up to no good.

The Grounds
[ ]Hogwarts Grounds (7 sub-boards)
The sprawling grounds of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry display many splendid and picturesque sights including: The Forbidden Forest and Founders Cemetery, Hagrid's Hut and Care of Magical Creatures Class, The Lake and Boathouse, the Whomping Willow, the Stone Courtyard, the Stone Bridge, the Herbology Green Houses, and the lovely Rose Gardens. Some new additions have been made to the grounds this year including The Durmstrang Ship and the Beauxbatons Carriage.

[ ]Hagrid's Hut (1 sub-board)
Located on the edge of the Forbidden Forest, Hagrid's Hut is the stone and wooden circular shaped home of Rubeus Hagrid, the Keeper of Keys and Grounds at Hogwarts, not to metion the Care of Magical Creatures professor. Inside Hagrid's Hut there is a large table and chairs, a mammoth trunk at the foot of a bed, a large fire place with a cauldron hanging over it, all sorts of animal traps and potions and repellents for his gardens, a cross bow, and a very large boar hound that likes to drool a lot by the name of Fang.

[ ]The Lake (2 sub-boards)
On the south side of Hogwarts Castle, extending as far as the eye can see is the lake. The dark, murky waters splash melodically against the shore line and often break somewhat energetically on the rocks along the castle side and Pointer's Rock, which is some ways out into the water. The adventurous studetn, that doesn't mind swimming within reach of the giant squid, will occasionally venture out to Pointer's Rock and enjoy the sun. This lake also runs along Hogsmeade Village and from there, first year students are ferried across the lake and up to the school by Hagrid. When standing upont the shore the faint outline of the boat house can be seen, it's wooden dock protruding out onto the water.

If you do happen to run into the giant squid don't worry, he's rather harmless as long as you don't have anything fishy on you.

[ ]Herbology Greenhouses (1 sub-board)
On the North side of the castle grounds there are four large greenhouses. These greenhouses are identified by the numbers on the doors and are numbered one through seven. The first greenhouse is where the most docile of plants are kept and a lot of the herbs and non poisonous potion ingredients. First year students are taught Herbology here. The second greenhouse is right next door and the level of danger goes up with the plants and herbs that are grown here. Second year students are taught Herbology in this greenhouse. Each of the other greenhouses increase in danger and the level of students taught within them correspond with the number on the door. The seventh greenhouse holds the most deadliest of plants and only those students who studying Herbology are allowed in here but never without being accompanied by Professor Sprout.

Hogwarts Castle
[ ]The Dungeons (5 sub-boards)
The dungeons of Hogwarts are not a pleasant place for most students except perhaps the Slytherins, mostly because it reminds students of potions class and the most hated professor at Hogwarts, Professor Severus Snape, head of Slytherin House. Located down in the dungeons are Snape's office and private stores, Hufflepuff House, Slytherin House, empty dungeons that are used sometimes for a good scare or perhaps a little midnight dueling, Filch's office, and of course, the dreaded Potions classroom.

[ ]The Ground Floor (2 sub-boards)
Upon entering the main entrance of Hogwarts Castle, one gets a pretty good idea of just how big Hogwarts really is. The grand staircase can be found along the far wall in the corner, and continues on for what seems like ages. If one were to look up they would see many sets of staircases leading to different areas. But be careful...The staircases like to change on people. On either side of the main doors there are two large hourglasses filled with different colored jewels according to which house is represented in the hourglass. Red rubies for Gryffindor, Canary Diamonds for Hufflepuff, Emeralds for Slytherin, and Saphires for Ravenclaw. These stones count out how many house points each house has. On the right side of the entrance, passed the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff hourglasses is the entrance to the Great Hall. On the left side of the main entrance, passed the Slytherin and Ravenclaw hourglasses is the staircase leading down into the dungeons.

[ ]First Floor (4 sub-boards)
On the first landing of the stair case there is a door that leads to the first floor. On this floor there are the Muggle Studies Classroom, the Defense Against the Dark Arts Classroom, the History of Magic Classroom, and Professor McGonagall's office. Paintings and suits of armor guard the hallways of the first floor and are happy to point out the direction of a classroom to a lost first year student.

[ ]Second Floor (2 sub-boards)
While there are no classes on this floor, the second floor does play host to one of the most important places in Hogwarts. Amid the empty classrooms, Moaning Myrtles Bathroom, and Professor Moody's office, there is a seemingly empty corridor with a stone gargoyle in it. This gargoyle guards the entrance to Professor Dumbledore's office in one of the towers.

[ ]Third Floor (5 sub-boards)
The third floor is most widely recognized for the Forbidden Corridor, which is no longer forbidden and Fluffy has since moved into the forest. With winding corridors leading to empty classrooms, the hospital wing, the charms corridor, and other corridors leading to the armor gallery and trophy room, the third floor is usually a pretty empty place with the exception of the Charms corridor and the Hospital Wing if it's getting close to Quidditch House Cup time.
00
[ ]Fourth Floor (2 sub-boards)
The Fourth Floor does not differ much from the other floors in Hogwarts except this one sees an alarming number of Ravenclaws at all times of the day. The Library is located down the hall and around the corner to the right. If you go in the other direction, past a gathering of paintings and suits of armor you will find the Arithmancy Classroom and the Professor Vector's office.
00
[ ]Fifth Floor (2 sub-boards)
The fifth floor houses mostly empty classrooms, paintings, and statues. However, there is the Prefects Bathroom to the left of the statue of Boris the Bewildered up a few steps and down the west wing. And there is also the Ancient Runes Classrooom which is in the opposite direction in the southern wing between a painting of some monks and another of Agrippa.

[ ]Sixth Floor (2 sub-boards)
One of the lesser used floors in Hogwarts, the sixth floor is used for Transfiguration primarily. There are a great deal of empty classrooms that can be used for all purposes and there are also the abandoned commons.

[ ]Seventh Floor (2 sub-boards)
The seventh floor is the topmost floor of Hogwarts Castle, with the exception of the towers, is quite a hike from the main entrance. The Divination Tower is reached from the seventh floor as well as the Room of Requirement, Professor Flitwick's office, and the other towers in Hogwarts.
